Meet Your Chiropractor and Coach
Dr. Luke Bergner, DC
In 2017, my life took a hard turn. Severe joint pain, brain fog, and vision problems hit me out of nowhere. It felt like I got hit by a truck from the moment I woke up until I went to bed...and at 25 years old, I wasn’t sure if I’d ever get my health back.
Being active was part of who I was. I’d grown up playing football and basketball, and as an adult I hiked, ran trails, and played pickup hoops. Lyme disease threatened to take all of that away.
I tried a lot of things...some worked, some didn’t...and I went to a chiropractor who tried to help me. I got sucked into the chiropractic world and decided to become one myself so that I could help people. I wish I could tell you that this chiropractor was someone who I wanted to become. That's a classic story right? But the reality is that this chiropractor led me to what I didn't want to see in chiropractic. I distinctly remember a woman coming in. She was in her 80s and she was extremely frail and stiff. He gave her his spiel, cracked her in three places, sent her to the roller table, and she was on her way.
The next patient was a woman in her 20s, clearly fit, likely a crossfitter. She got the same exact spiel, the same exact treatment, and she was on her way.
At the time, I was halfway through chiropractic school...and my heart sank. I remember thinking, "Is this what I'm destined to? Basically being an assembly line operator?" I knew their had to be another way - thankfully I met a mentor who changed everything for me and introduced me to a way of truly helping people.
So I committed to learning everything I could about how the human body heals and adapts. Today, I help active adults rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence - not through quick fixes, but through a clear plan that teaches them how their body works and how to steward it well for years to come.
My clinic isn’t a subscription for “cracks.” It’s a system for transformation. We blend strength training, mobility work, and research-backed rehab with one-on-one coaching. I work best with people who are ready to learn, take action, and invest in long-term change. Whether it’s overcoming chronic pain, bouncing back from injury, or building resilience for the decades ahead - my mission is the same: help you become strong, resilient, and confident so you can keep doing what you love.

"Luke has a great demeanor and extensive knowledge of treatment options...
"I came to Luke after experiencing some spasms in my lower back that caused intense pain and almost zero range of motion. I had experienced pain in this area for a long time but the symptoms had gotten to the point that I was no longer able to regularly function throughout the day. I felt like he cared about me and wanted to do whatever it took to get to the root of the problem. I am now pain-free and experience zero spasms or difficulty moving. I am so grateful for the care Luke provided!"
