One of the most common things I hear from new patients is that nobody ever explained anything to them. They were handed exercises with no context, told to rest with no timeline, and left to figure out whether what they were doing was actually working.

We check progress regularly, set clear expectations, and adjust when needed so you are never left guessing whether you are doing too much or not enough.
